Key Information for Team Managers
Now that you are a team manager, what should you do?
- Attend Team Manager Training -- Oct 12th or 22nd and then for Instant
Challenge on Nov 9 at Bowman Middle School. All of these are on the
NExT Region Calendar.

review the training presentations or contact Penny Porsch, Training director
at pennyporsch@aol.com.
- Read and use the
Team
Manager Guide, as it has great information that will help you
along your journey.
- Sign up your team for the following events:
Fall Workshop for Teams OR the
Fall Workshop for Rising Stars Teams. Please fill
in these forms online, print them out, and send them in with your payment
using one check.
- Sign up your team for the Instant Challenge Fall Festival, either for
Competitive Teams or for
Rising Stars Teams. Please fill in these forms
online, print them out, and send them in with your payment using one check.
- For competitive teams, sign up for the
Instant
Challenge Scrimmage. Please fill in these forms online, print
them out, and send them in with your payment using one check.
- Register your team with Texas DI at
www.texasdi.org. The NExT region specific
instructions can be found on our
Registration page.
- Register your team for the NExT Regional Tournament which will be held
on Saturday February 27th at Heritage High School in Frisco for the
competitive teams, and at Roach Middle School in Frisco for the Rising
Stars. To register you
need to fill in two different forms. The
Registration form
and the Appraiser form.
Don't forget to order your t-shirts and pins on the
T-shirt
and Pin form. Please fill in these forms online, print
them out, and send them in with your payment using one check.
